Ezekiel 35-37

Daily Verse

This is what the Sovereign LORD says: O my people,

I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them;

I will bring you back to the land of Israel.

Then you, my people, will know that I am the LORD,

when I open your graves and bring you up from them.

Ezekiel 37:12-13

Daily Thought

Lazarus was dead. Four days buried in a tomb, a stone sealing the entrance.

Jesus said, "Take away the stone."

King James says it best: Lord, by this time he stinketh.
--John 11:39

But Jesus explained, "Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?"

So they took away the stone.

Daily Prayer

My God, You are the giver of life, both the first time, and then again. You bring us out of the grave, for we are to You the aroma of Christ, the fragrance of life. We have His righteousness.

Thank You for breathing life back in me through Your Holy Spirit. This second time, You are in control, You are on the throne, You are my Lord and Savior. I live my life now in Christ for Your glory and pleasure, taking off the grave clothes and clothing myself in Your love and holiness.
